Everything you do with us will be kept very private and confidential. Period!

Coaching

We keep your information and your involvement in coaching private.  We reveal nothing about you to anyone. 

We do not use your information to contact you again, unless you specifically request that we do so. Your information will never reach a third party without your written request.

Only with your express permission do we include you in our Newsletter list, (where you voluntarily opt in) and we immediately unsubscribe you at your request.

Only with your written permission do we provide any information about you to someone you designate. Even then, we will only divulge what you've given written permission to divulge.

Unless we have your written permission, we do not reveal whether we have ever talked to you, let alone reveal whether you are one of our clients.

What goes on between your Coach and you is so confidential and private that the only way anyone will know about it is if you tell them. Your Coach will not reveal to anybody else in our organization what transpires between you two with the exception of scheduling and coaching fee matters.

We are proud of what our clients accomplish through coaching, and we love to brag about you. But, we know that you must have total control and confidence in the privacy of what you do with us and what transpires between you and your Coach for you to achieve your goals on your terms.

Instruction

We treat your information with confidentiality and respect.  We reveal nothing about you to anyone without your knowledge and permission.  All recitals and performances will identify you by name.  Some competitions require more specific information, although personal information is rarely requested.  Usually it concerns background, education and training.  This information may become public should you choose to participate in those activities.  Be sure to know the policies of the involved organizations and events.

Your use of this web site implies agreement with the following.

This web site collects certain information relative to users who visit the site. That information is categorized into two categories and the privacy level and what we do with the information that we collect on you depends upon the category in which you fall. "Users" and "You" refer to you, the web site visitor.  "We" or "Us" or "Our" refers to ICanLearnMusic.com, its staff and/or Mary Thomason; and, "web site" refers to the web site in which the page belongs.  This web site, any web page contained herein, any associated services, web pages, domains and sub-domains are owned and operated by ICanLearnMusic.com and Mary Thomason.

We do not make any attempt to obtain personally identifying information on or about our users who visit our web site. It is not our policy to sell or otherwise provide access to such information to unaffiliated third parties.

We DO collect:

Category One:  Information on users who visit our site to read or download information on our pages. From these users, we collect and store only the following information: 1) The domain name through which you gained access to our web site; 2) The precise time and date that you entered our web site. 3) The URL of the web page through which you linked to our web site.

Category Two:   Users who send us e-mail containing personal information or identifies you, who sign our guest book, or who request email publications. Any information that we collect in this way is used only for purposes of responding to you and addressing the questions, concerns, or issues that you may have raised.

Any information that we collect is collected as part of our business practices in order 1) to identify demographic information relative to users who access our site, 2) to assess the number and type of user accessing various sections of our site, 3) to help us determine what content and concepts are working for us and/or are of interest to our visitors, 4) to determine technical design features and specifications that will help us assess systems performance. We also use such information in statistical form to assist us in business and marketing strategies and programs. We utilize software programs to create summary statistics which are used for the above purposes.

As a security measure for ourselves and our users, we utilize certain software programs to monitor traffic to our site and within our network. This software also enables us to identify unauthorized upload attempts, access to our system, and other attempts to harm, interfere, or cause damage to our systems.
