Tuition and Fees Private Instruction/Semester, Private Instruction/Per Lesson, Group Private InstructionRegistration fees apply for instrumental instruction in the amount of $50 per semester per student: Fall, Spring, Summer. A 10% discount on registration fees applies to additional family members enrolling at the same time and for the same semester.
Registration fees are discounted 50% for students participating in one of our sponsored charitable programs.
Registration fees are discounted 50% for students who pre-pay the semester on or before the following dates: Spring Semester: January 1 Summer Semester: June 1 Fall Semester: August 1
Materials Deposit: A $50 deposit per student for music, study materials and participation fees in National Music Club sponsored theory tests, competitions and festivals. This deposit is required each Fall semester at the time of registration. This deposit is not subject to discounts. Any credit remaining at the end of the semester will be carried over to the next term.

Tuition is not considered as an hourly charge nor as a charge by the lesson. Fall and Spring semesters include 16 lessons. Summer semester includes 8 lessons.
Tuition is discounted 5% for additional family members and for multiple programs.
For your convenience, a monthly payment plan is available. Five equal payments can be made during each Fall or Spring Semester. These payments are due by the 1st of each month beginning August 1st or January 1st, depending on enrollment period. Tuition for the Summer Semester can be made in two installment payments beginning on June 1. There is no discount available for this payment plan.
The Fall Semester usually begins mid-August and ends mid-December. Thanksgiving Week is Fall Semester Break Week, so no lessons will be scheduled. The Spring Semester usually begins early to mid-January and extends to early to mid-May. One week during March is Spring Break and no lessons will be scheduled. The Summer Semester begins early June and ends in early August allowing for one missed weekly lesson due to family vacation. Exact dates vary from semester to semester.
For your convenience, checks (personal and business), money orders, and cash are accepted. Online payments are accepted and may be made through Paypal.com or Checkfree.com. Note: Through your Paypal account, you may use credit cards to make payment.
Tuition depends on many factors: when you start, which semester we are in, day, time, length of lesson, teacher, etc. Tuition is pro-rated based on enrollment date for new students. For more information related to your specific situation, please contact me.
Per Lesson Rates
Single lessons may be scheduled at the discretion of the instructor as infrequently as once per month. Instructors are available in Boerne, Pipe Creek, Bandera, Kerrville and at Crownridge Music Academy in NW San Antonio. Students on this plan are responsible for their own music and materials. Depending on the instructor, per lesson rates for individual instrumental or vocal instruction vary as follows:
$50 - $75 per 30 minute lesson $75- $125 per 45 minute lesson
For new students, we offer an Introductory Special consisting of four private lessons:
4 - 30 minute lessons $125 plus $25 materials fee 4 - 45 minute lessons $195 plus $25 materials fee 4 - 60 minute lessons $250 plus $25 materials fee
Group Rates
Group music lessons are ideal for beginners from age 4 to adult. Lessons are taught in small classes allowing for individualized attention. Sixteen lessons are scheduled during the Fall and Spring Semester. Eight lessons are scheduled during the Summer Semester. Groups may be formed with as few as four participants.
Fall, Spring Semester: $350 per student plus Registration Fee and Materials Deposit Summer Semester: $250 per student plus Registration and Fee Materials Deposit
